VIGLACERA TIEN SON SUCCESSFULLY HOLDS MEN’S FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT TO CELEBRATE ITS 25TH ANNIVERSARY
On October 22 and 23, 2026, the Viglacera Tien Son Men’s Football Tournament kicked off in a lively, spirited atmosphere, with teams from the company’s factories and other units taking part. The tournament provided an opportunity for employees to stay active and enjoy a boost to their morale, while also encouraging interaction, stronger connections and team spirit across the company as it looks ahead to the 25th anniversary of Viglacera Tien Son (2001–2026).
A spirited opening and exciting first matches
Following the opening ceremony, the teams took to the pitch with determination, giving their all and delivering exciting matches. Every play and goal brought excitement to players and fans alike, while showcasing teamwork, coordination and a shared determination to achieve a common goal.
The first results set the stage for an enthusiastic competition, motivating the teams to prepare for the matches ahead and bring their best form to the pitch.

The tournament drew enthusiastic support from employees and fans, both on and off the pitch. Viglacera Tien Son also brought in a VAR team to support the matches, adding a professional touch and an extra point of interest to the competition.
Livestreams of the opening matches, both semi-finals, the final and the third-place match allowed employees to follow and cheer on the teams even when they could not be at the venue. The tournament thus brought the company’s units closer together, spreading the sporting spirit and encouraging interaction across the Viglacera Tien Son employee community.

For Viglacera Tien Son, internal sports activities do more than promote physical fitness. They also help create a positive workplace, encourage cooperation and strengthen bonds among employees. On the pitch, each team wore its own colors, while sharing a commitment to fair play, unity and giving its best for the group.
This year’s tournament carried special meaning as it was held in the lead-up to Viglacera Tien Son’s 25th anniversary. It gave employees from across the company an opportunity to meet, share in the celebration and strengthen their connection to the wider company community.
