2026 EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE CONFERENCE: UNITED TO OVERCOME CHALLENGES AND BUILD A NEW PATH FOR GROWTH
Employees are at the heart of every business strategy and are a lasting source of strength for the company. Guided by the principles of democracy and unity, Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company successfully held its 2026 Employee Representative Conference. The event reviewed the company’s performance in 2025, aligned on goals and priorities for the year ahead, and reaffirmed the role of close cooperation between the company and its employees.
The conference took place in a formal atmosphere, with the company’s Executive Board, managers, leaders of its affiliated units and 70 outstanding delegates representing employees from departments and factories across the company in attendance.

Ms. Ta Thi Hong Phuong, a member of the Company Trade Union Executive Committee, served as conference secretary.
In his opening remarks on behalf of the Presidium, Mr. Le Tien Dung, Company Director, emphasized: “The Employee Representative Conference is not only a forum to review the journey so far. It is also an opportunity for employees to share their views directly, propose solutions and work with the company’s leadership to shape a sustainable development strategy.”
On behalf of the company’s leadership, Mr. Nguyen Chi Hoa presented the report on 2025 production and business performance and outlined the company’s direction and priorities for 2026. Despite ongoing market volatility, the company maintained stable production, gradually improved operational efficiency, and safeguarded employees’ jobs and incomes. These achievements reflect the unity, adaptability and determination to innovate shared across Viglacera Tien Son.
Alongside production and business operations, the Company Trade Union continued to focus on employee welfare and the protection of employees’ lawful rights and interests. The report presented by Mr. Phan Van Huyen, Chairman of the Company Trade Union, highlighted the union’s role in monitoring implementation of the collective labor agreement and helping build a stable, harmonious and supportive workplace.
The company also continued to focus on monitoring the implementation of employee policies, internal rules and regulations, supporting transparency and protecting employees’ legitimate interests. The 2025 activity report of the Board of People’s Inspectors, presented by Mr. Do Uyen Minh, demonstrated a responsible and impartial approach to inspection and oversight. Its work also helped strengthen consensus and stability across the company.
Several thoughtful presentations from affiliated units brought practical perspectives and proposals for improving the company’s overall performance. Topics ranged from skills development and technical improvements at factories to employee welfare, company culture and business performance. Together, they reflected the sense of responsibility, unity and ambition shared by more than 1,940 trade union members across the company.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Khang – Chairman of the Trade Union at Viglacera Thai Binh Factory, on “Promoting democracy and building company culture”
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung – representing the business division, on “Strengthening teamwork and coordination to drive sales”
The company’s leadership listened to and responded directly to the candid, open comments raised at the conference. Mr. Le Tien Dung, Company Director, affirmed: “People are at the center of every development plan. Employees’ well-being, income and working environment are the foundation for Viglacera Tien Son’s sustainable growth.”
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Doan Hai Mau, Chairman of the Board of Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company, also provided further information about post-merger salary and bonus regulations. He emphasized: “Operating under the new post-merger model is an important step toward strengthening management, optimizing the system and improving Viglacera Tien Son’s competitiveness.”
Mr. Doan Hai Mau added: “The company’s leadership will continue to focus on employee policies and the working environment so that employees can feel secure in their work and remain committed to the company through its next phase of development.”
The conference welcomed Mr. Nguyen Quy Tuan, Chairman of the Viglacera Corporation Trade Union, who delivered guidance remarks. He praised the unity and sense of responsibility shown by Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company and its achievements in production, business operations and employee welfare. He also expressed his expectation that the company would build on its traditions and continue to innovate proactively in response to the demands of its next phase of growth.
A key item on the agenda was the signing of a 2026 cooperation commitment between the company and its Trade Union Executive Committee, together with a collective labor agreement between the two parties. These agreements set out how the company and the union will work together in production and business operations, while affirming their shared commitment to a harmonious, stable and progressive workplace that serves the interests of both the company and its employees.
The conference concluded with the 2026 Employee Representative Conference Resolution receiving unanimous approval from all delegates in attendance. This consensus reflects the unity, confidence and determination of Viglacera Tien Son employees as they work toward new goals and continue to strengthen the Viglacera brand and its position in the market.
