Implementing the merger of Viglacera Tiên Sơn Joint Stock Company and Viglacera Ceramic Tile Trading Joint Stock Company, Viglacera Hanoi Joint Stock Company, Viglacera Thang Long Joint Stock Company, officially operating under the name Viglacera Tiên Sơn Joint Stock Company.
Viglacera Tiên Sơn Joint Stock Company enters a new phase of development with an integrated production and business model, owning a factory system and distribution network spanning the entire country, aiming for sustainable growth and elevating the Viglacera brand.
2022
Pioneering the large-format porcelain slab manufacturing industry in Vietnam. Investing in the advanced Sacmi Continua+ (Italy) large-format porcelain slab production line, the first of its kind in the Vietnamese market.
2021
Viglacera Ceramic Tile Trading Joint Stock Company acquired and took over the Bach Ma Factory in Vung Tau.
Viglacera entered the Top 20 largest ceramic tile and sanitary ware manufacturers in the world.
2017
Acquired Mỹ Đức Ceramics from Singapore, increasing ceramic tile production capacity to over 30 million m2 of products per year.
2012
Established Viglacera Ceramic Tile Trading Joint Stock Company, taking on the role of market development and building the nationwide distribution system for Viglacera ceramic tiles.
2010
Renamed from Viglacera Thang Long Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company to Viglacera Thang Long Joint Stock Company.
Produced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) using German technology and became one of the largest AAC manufacturers in Vietnam.
2008
Implemented equitization, officially renamed from Hanoi Ceramic Tile Factory to Viglacera Hanoi Joint Stock Company.
2004
Implemented equitization, officially renamed from Tiên Sơn Tile Factory to Viglacera Tiên Sơn Joint Stock Company.
2003
Implemented equitization, officially renamed from Thăng Long Ceramic Tile Factory to Viglacera Thăng Long Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company.
2001
Established Tiên Sơn Tile Factory, under Viglacera Corporation, marking the beginning of ceramic tile production in the Northern region.
2000
Established and commenced operations under the name Thăng Long Ceramic Tile Factory.
1994
Broke ground on the construction of a ceramic tile factory in Vietnam, named Hanoi Ceramic Tile Factory.
1974
The Ceramic and Sanitaryware Company was established on the basis of merging 18 manufacturing enterprises.
